The human mind is the cause of, and solution to, all of humanities problems. Poverty, overpopulation, war, greed, theft, sloth, murder, rape, apathy, manipulation, depression, jealousy, anxiety, attachment, addiction… all stem from the human mind. To put it briefly, humanities problem, humanities one and only problem, is mental illness, or rather, a lack of mental health. Our ability for knowledge and understanding is what sets us apart from other animals, is what makes humanity unique. It is through gaining knowledge and developing an understanding that mental health is achieved, that the potential of humanity is unlocked.
Arjuna said: the system of yoga which You have summarized appears impractical and unendurable to me. For the mind is restless, turbulent, obstinate and very strong, O Krsna, and to subdue it is, it seems to me, more difficult than controlling the wind.
The Blessed Lord said: it is undoubtedly very difficult to curb the restless mind, but it is possible by constant practice and by detachment. For one whose mind is unbridled, self-realization is difficult work. But s/he whose mind is controlled and who strives by right means is assured of success. That is My opinion.

This website is divided into two main sections, reflecting the internal (self) and external (social) growth needed for human evolution toward greater happiness, peace, contentment, health, and wealth.
Education (for a healthy mind) – Firstly, education is vital in the development of an understanding of the nature of our minds, and therefore of the self. We offer a theorem as to the nature of a healthy mind based upon aspects of both modern science and psychology, upon philosophy and the ‘spiritual’ nature of the self found in religion. Using this, we are able to provide guidance and practical advice upon experiences that will encourage the development of a healthy mind, while also highlighting those likely to result in the opposite – a disconnection from our sense of who we are, likely to lead to such undesirable traits as greed, lust, and a lack of self-control.
Social Evolution – The second section of the site outlines ideas on how humanity can build upon this education to work towards a global understanding of who we are and the development of healthy minds. We have highlighted the areas of society which must change in order to establish the best possible environment for the development of healthy minds. Through uniting all those who seek to better society with a common goal, and a road-map to achieving that goal, we will see the changes to our social structure (to our social domain- to the fabric of our lives) needed for the global promotion of mental health.
